Kenneth Halpern

Kenneth W. Halpern is a principle at the law firm of Kenneth Halpern & Associates (a four lawyer firm with locations in Newton and Peabody) where he concentrates on serious personal injury cases including medical malpractice, brain injury, motor vehicle and product liability cases, both inside and outside of Massachusetts. Attorney Halpern is currently serving on the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) Education and Auto Committees and has lectured at various organizations and programs, including being a frequent participant in ATLA and MATA-sponsored seminars. He is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations; Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); MATA; and Massachusetts Brain Injury Association where he has served on the Board of Directors. Attorney Halpern founded the firm in 1980.

He is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law (J.D. 1976) and Cornell University (B.A. 1972).


Ellen R. Mason

Ellen Mason been an Attorney with the firm since 1992. Ellen concentrates in Personal Injury Law, Divorce Law, Real Estate Law and Medical Malpractice.  She is a graduate of New England School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1992) and Boston University - School of Management (B.S.B.A 1987).

Jody Bradstreet has been a paralegal with the firm since 2000. Jody is based out of the Peabody office.
